discharge - the release, cancellation) - determination of an act that is carried through the body author ized (eg parliament) on the basis of the presentation of accounts , which act in order to assess the accuracy of the financial acti vities of the executive (in this case the Government) within a specified period of time. It can therefore be assumed that the discharge is one of the parliamentary form of government accountability.
